Problem
Small businesses often manage documents across chat, paper, Excel, photos, and scattered folders. This creates missing receipts, delayed accounting, unclear expenses, and extra work for accountants at the end of the month.
My role
AI/product engineering lead working with an accountant business partner: I designed the AI-assisted document workflow, product experience, document understanding flow, and business-friendly positioning.

The product uses AI-assisted document understanding to extract key information from slips, receipts, and bills, helping transform messy document photos into accounting-ready records without making absolute accuracy claims.
Architecture
The case study intentionally presents the user-facing workflow only: LINE chat, billing documents, AI receipt scan, payment voucher and expense records, dashboard summaries, and user-owned Google Drive organization.
